Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order  or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

All goods remain the property of Glitter Magic untill paid for in full. Under the Distance selling regulations for the UK, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. unless faulty the goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. To make a return please contact us to obtain a returns number so we can track your returned items. Please include a copy of your invoice and a daytime telephone number. We will only refund postage on damaged or faulty goods and will not reimburse any return postage.You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure you have proof of postage, as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming against the Royal Mail. Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 sterling; therefore if the goods you are returning have a greater value you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights

We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing along with a returns note number obtained from us prior to returning the items.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated by product weight and are charged at cost.

Delivery times are normally 3-5 Business days,however on show weekends delivery will be delayed by the duration of the show.


Prices of Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
